TaylorMade Spider GT Notchback Small Slant Golf Putter
The TaylorMade Spider GT Notchback putter is the most classically shaped putter in the Spider series.
And a newly engineered stability putter shaft has been used that offers a softer section located 5” from the tip that has been designed to enhance the feel of the club, offering increased stability and tighter dispersion.
The lightweight body uses 6061 aluminium which has been combined with heavy dual-tungsten weights. The weights, or “Stability Bars” weigh a total of 172 grams, that have been strategically placed in the heel and toe area for added stability, forgiveness and distance control.
Spider GT’s contemporary design features the Pure Roll² co-moulded insert that is used to improve forward roll and ball speed consistency across the face of the Notchback. Pure Roll² is a firmer insert that has been manufactured using black TPU urethane with silver aluminium beams at a 45° angle designed to improve topspin across the face.
This putter is available with a Small Slant hosel. This option is best for players who have more arc in their stroke. If you take the putter inside on the way back and the way through, the Slant Neck version is definitely the one for you. However the Spider GT Black putter is also available with a Single Bend.

Classic Multi-Material Shape

Dual-Tungsten Weights For Stability
For the first time, we’ve implemented heavy tungsten stability bars (172g total) that strategically wrap around the back and side of the putter for optimal forgiveness and stability.
