Cleveland Golf took the ultra-forgiving Launcher XL Golf Driver and stripped it down to the essentials to create the Launcher XL Lite Driver - the lighter the club the faster the swing. Boost your swing speed for more distance off the tee.
A bonded hosel has been added, without the weight-adding adjustability sleeve, and paired together with an ultra-lightweight shaft, making the XL Lite Driver r 12g lighter and 0.25” longer than the adjustable version, so it swings extra quick. That added speed means more distance off the tee.
Just like the XL Driver, the head design is enlarged. And because of this head size, the Cleveland Launcher XL Lite Driver is able to generate the highest MOI ever achieved with one of their drivers - 5,200 g-cm2. This level of MOI means that the XL is incredibly forgivable,
Working with this XL head design in the new rebound frame which features two flex zones. These alternating zones work together, with one providing maximum flexibility and the other rigidity, to transfer more energy into the golf ball to increase ball speed and maximise the distance that golfers can reach on their drives.
The Cleveland XL Driver has been designed to provide golfers with more control at the tee. The custom configuration is an inch shorter without counterbalancing for max control off the tee, while also providing players with even more control, an 8g weight has been placed inside the end of the grip which allows for better balance for more control without extra effort.
